This retainer is meant to be used for a dermal Anchor. This dermal has got a screw thread of 1.6 mm. The top is about 4 mm.
Dermal Top - Size Guide
For Dermal Tops, the Bar Thickness is essential. Most Dermals come with a Bar Thickness of 1.6 mm. If your Dermal Anchor is 1.2 mm, we have 'Converters' available to fit Dermal Tops with 1.6 mm.
Measuring your current Dermal's Bar Thickness will require a specialized tool, such as a caliper tool with a digital display.
