Nose Jewelry Sizes
It is important to choose the right fit for your new nose jewelry. No nose is the same, so the sizes can also vary a lot. If you are not sure what size you need, we recommend measuring your current piercing.
The most common thicknesses are 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm. As for length, 6 mm is the standard for nose bones, screws, and studs. Nose rings often have a diameter of 8 mm.

Alternative Nose Piercing Sizes
If your current piercing is not the right size for you or you are not sure what size you need, you can still try to measure your current piercing to get an indication of the size you would need.
You could also order some affordable basics in different types and sizes to try and find the right size for you. We also have a few thinner pieces of nose jewelry in a thickness of 0.6 mm.
If you need a slightly larger diameter for a nose ring, many rings are also available with a diameter of 10 mm.
Septum Jewelry Sizes
Septum jewelry is different from other nose jewelry. The standard thickness for a septum piercing is 1.2 mm.
The diameter is also usually 8 mm, but different noses need different sizes. There are also larger piercing rings available for septum piercings. Unlike nose piercings, septum piercings can even be stretched.
Most types of piercing rings can be used as septum jewelry, as well as special septum clickers, giving you lots of choice for new looks.
Different Nose Jewelry Types
Apart from the traditional open nose rings, seamless rings can also be a nice fit for your nose piercing. The traditional open nose rings have a stopper at the end to keep the ring in place. Seamless rings are bendable, and they have a small opening creating a “seamless” look.
Nose studs are easy to recognize because of the distinctive L-shaped design. They are easy to put in but do not have the most secure fit. They are still widely used and popular, and they can be quite comfortable to wear.
Nose screws have a screw-like form. They can be challenging to insert, but they will stay put more securely than studs. Twist the screw in the direction of the spiral when pushing it in gently until the crystal sits flush with the skin.
