Payment processors

We work with Multisafepay and PayPal to process payments. We only share personal information that is required to process your payments. For all payments, secured connections though SSL are being used.

Email marketing

We make use of the services offered by Mailchimp to send and manage our newsletters. We only share the information necessary to deliver and personalize the emails that we sent. We don’t share any information that Mailchimp can use for any other purposes.


We use services offered by Digital Ocean and Cloudlfare to host our website and keep our website protected. All personal information stored on our website is hosted on servers owned by Digital Ocean.

Shipping & Logistics

In order to ship orders to our customers, we use services offered by various couriers around the globe including, but not limitated to, DHL, Royal Mail, Postnl and UPS. We use services offered by Sendcloud and Picqer to connect our Magento platform to these third-party platforms for fulfillment purposes. Order information and address data is shared with these platform to process orders and create shipping labels. It’s possible that these parties use subcontractors to deliver their services. All personal information we share will only be used for delivery purposes. If one of the parties uses data for analyses, they will anonymize the data provided.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
